The New Hustler is a 60-foot sportfisher running 22-angler overnight trips out of Hook's Landing in Oxnard to the Channel Islands and the outer islands, fishing for white seabass, halibut and yellowtail. Captain Jace Malone runs the boat for owner Chris Volaski. Overnights leave the dock at 10pm and put you on the grounds at first light, back in around 7pm the following evening. Twenty-two anglers is a light load for a 60-footer, and it keeps the rail workable for everyone aboard. Bring a sleeping bag and pillow. The boat runs open party and books whole-boat charters.
